Apple Harley Davidson DEALER ATTITUDE DOES NOT JUSTIFY CREDITABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DUNCANSVILLE Pennsylvania!!
I bought two gold medalions to put on my pick up truck, from apple harley davidson, in dec. 2007 . march of 2008, the black insert fell out and was lost. then in may ,2008 the other black insertsfell out. I went to dealership and gave them the medalions , showing defects. Parts manager, jim, said he would call harley davidson motor co. After 3 weeks and 4 phone calls, i was informed by asshhole JIM that there was only a 30 waranty on parts and that the motor co. would not replace them. TIS DEALERSHIP HAS A REPUTATION FOR HAVING NEGATIVE ATTITUDES, FROM THE OWNERS AND THROUGH OUT THE EMPLOYEE STAFF. I WILL NEVER SPEND A PENNY IN THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I WENT TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP AND SHOWED THEM THE MEDALIONS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I HAD BOUGHT THEM THERE, THEY WOULD HAVE REPLACED THEM.
