autopartswarehouse.com – Tucson Arizona

autopartswarehouse.com ripoff INTERNET SCAM TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SHIP THEN GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. OFFSHORE SCAM INTERNET!!

This Comapany is prominently placed on the internet and will come up with most major search engines. They have a VERY professional looking site, and everything seems legit. HOWEVER, this is an elaborate off shore fraud scheme and they are being investigated by the FTC as a write this. They take your credit card, promise, no GUARANTEE, in writing, immediate shipping, and promise to follow up with shipping info, tracking number, etc. Then the other shoe drops. No follow up. No shipment. When you call, or go on their “Live Help” you talk to someone named “Al”. or “Joe”, who is actually Pakistani, or Indian who provides a canned response “Your order is in process”. They will repeat this incesssantly unless pressed, and then they move on to script #2 which is “Yes this is unsettling, I am sorry, and I will “follow up”, OR I will “escalate this matter to customer service”. It is very scripted and you can not get ANY thing else out of them. I dont believe that “customer service” even exists because they will not provide a phone number for them, refuse to put a supervisor on the phone, and after no small amount of demanding, I was given an email address for their supposed “customer service” and it just redirects to the web page. There is a “Contact us” button on the page, but it takes you to a generic landing page and any inquiries sent through that page go unanswered. Also of note is that no where on the site is there a street address listed. This is now REQUIRED by every credit card processor. I have demanded my money back and been hung up on. I have reported them to the FTC, and rquested a charge back through my bank. Beyond that I have only this site as recourse. If any one out there reading this has had any experience with these criminals, please contact me. There is power in numbers. Bryan Tucson, ArizonaU.S.A.
