Responding to an on-line add, I paid the postage for a FREE sample of a skin care item and did receive it. Later, I learned that the company I’d ordered from had withdrawn a total of $269 from my bank account. I reported this transaction to the bank and they provided me the phone number of the company; they were hard to reach but eventually acknowledged my "account" and that I had been charged $89.99 for a moisturizing product in July, 2019. When I tried to discuss the transaction they said they could send me another product but could not refund any money, said "Have a nice day" and hung up. On-line today (at www.complaintsboard.com) I discovered a lot of other similar complaints filed on this company.
