went online to find a pet friendly motel. somehow bringfido.com took over,it displayed two motels. i clicked on the one i wanted an entered the info required, including my credit card info to reserved the room. I then called to see if they recieved my reservation info since i recieved no conformation notice, they advised me that they had. i asked about their pool, was advised it was not in service, so i advised them to remove me. all done i thought. on monday i was checking my account and there it was bringfido.com had charged my account anyway. called bank, they told me to contact motel,motel told me to contact bank.bank gave me number to bringfido.com,called this number could not understand agent,from another country. back and forth. he kept telling me he needed a cancelation number.i gave it to him time an time again. the motel called them also with the number. bringfido.com advised me the would look into it, but it could take up to 30 days for a resolution. This kind of crap is why i will never book online again. they will gladly take your money in less than 5 min, but will never give it back that way. why do other countries run things over here. No one is held accountable for actions. if i was to take their money like that i would go to jail. Go into your bank and tell them you need 75.00, they give it to you, them they realize you cant have it, you tell them you will get back in touch with them in a few days, see what happens next…blue lights an cuffs. thank you for your time.
