you bring your mercedes benz for service or maitenance check. they tell you you have to leave your car for (one or two weeks or a few days)they have to order the special parts from germany. they give you a loaner car for “free”, not so. when you get your car back, you find more problems than when you took it to service. example, my own experience: I had a “coolant leak” two weeks later they said the car was ready. when I got home, the wiper water reservoir was leaking (looked like the connections were voluntarily vandalized), there was a strong diesel gas smell, there was a baloon at one of the major radiator pipes. I took the car back and talked to Brumos owner mr. snodgrass and told hime what happened. he denied it and he said he built the company himself and he’s very proud of it and nobody will do such a thing like that in his company. Any of you who have experienced this shoul voice out your incident. when I took my car to brumos that day, I saw one of their drivers slam the green mercedez car door to the post (it looked deliberate)then he looked at the door and left as if nothing happened. they repair the vandalisms but i had to pay for the radiator pipe replacement because i did not notice it before and was not able to contest it. cost me at least $120. the cost for the car loaner for two weeks i guess. it was an outright rip off. the jacksonville better business bureau could not do anything. they do not respond to citizen’s complaints. for all of you who have experienced the same problems with brumos mercedez or porche cars in jacksonville, florida, tell your story. its time we get snodgrass out of business, its up to you.
