Carmart Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent, rude, uneducated liars Paragould Arkansas!!
I had purchased a 1997 Camaro on September 22, 2005. When I got the car I bought a 4 mouth or 4 thousand mile warranty. The door panel were all the buttons are was mising. They assured me that they ordered the part that week but it is now November 14th and there is still no part. I called them to inform them about the problems I was having and about the part but they hung up on me twice and when I go up there to talk to somebody they tell me the person I need to talk to isn’t there. After I bought the car the radio wouldn’t work unless you had the lights on and then it would stay on while the car was off and you were out of the car. I didnt think it was a major problem until the windows wouldnt roll up. Then the lights will sometimes work right but then sometimes they will stay on and wont turn off. The car has a bad electrical problem and i notified Carmart about the problems we were having with the car. They told me that it was not there problem because the car was used. In which I understand that there would be little things wrong with it because it is a used car but i purchased a warranty and they are not wanting to back it up. After contacting them about the electrical problems the car started to leak oil and transmission fluid. I paid $300 down payment and then $80 a week car payment for a car that doesnt work and I cant drive. They lied to me from the minute I looked at the car because they assured me that it was a good car and if it did have any problems the warranty would cover it. They should not be able to get away with this and making people think they are getting a good deal on a car, but they aren’t. They are getting away with ripping people off everyday!
