CastForce rips off another employee not paid for work performed Sarasota Florida!!
This company is totally unprofessional. I was referred to them by a friend who spoke very highly of them. I went to the website and was hired immediately online. Immediately I was assigned several tasks with potential income totaling over $600. The problem was all the tasks I was assigned were already 2-3 weeks past due with project materials needed. The very next day I began getting harassing phone calls and emails from Castforce complaining that I was past due on all my projects and when would they get done. I explained to them repeatedly that I just started the day previous and I’m not responsible for the projects not being completed by the due date since I wasn’t an employee then. The office said don’t worry we will fix the dates so you can get the projects done, guess what they never did. I kept getting calls and emails at all times of the day and night. I finally told them I was reconsidering this work and to cancel all assignments they assigned me since they were already past due. After two weeks, I returned and the same thing occurred. I was assigned all past due assignments again. It was very frustrating to say the least. Since it was close to the holidays and we were leaving out of town, I called the office and told them to put the due dates till after the Christmas holidays. I was told that it was not a problem at all. I had completed three tasks already. Within days of submitting my extension request and submitting all my work on the three assignments, I began getting emails and phone calls from Theresa Smalley (the owner or manager of the operation) saying they couldn’t read my reports, they couldn’t see my pictures etc. I resubmitted them again directly to Theresa and she got them and attached them again to the reports. I was due to receive payment for approximately $300 for the three assignments, and then another email came. The Compliance office of Castforce said they weren’t paying me because they could read the pictures or reports. I was extremely frustrated and left on our vacation. Today, I called in to say I was back and was told that Theresa wouldn’t talk to me. I was told I could not come back and reactivate my profile to finish my work. When I said I wanted to talk to Theresa, the person told me she stopped taking calls after Christmas and I could email her. It was a new company policy they told me. So yes I did email her and asked why I did not get paid and why I couldn’t get my profile reestablished more lately…..
