Clever Edgar Scam

I bought the 100 piece lot of sterling silver Murano Glass European mix beads – Compatible w/ Pandora, Chamilia, Troll and Bilagi for $8.36. Sold by Zyth. When I opened the package the beads were not glass, silver parts were falling out of some. I noticed on the beads that still had the parts inside, they said .925 on both sides. A couple only said .925 on one side and two others didn’t say it at all. I contacted the seller and he said would a refund 4 you be ok? I said yes. He was saying $4. He has now changed his name to Clever Edgar and increased the price.
