I took a payday loan out with CMG LLG on October 4, 2010, I had only been able to pay the finance charge of $75.00 bi-weekly. I contacted the company on September 8, 2011 and explained to a woman named Frankie that I had been unable to increase my payment due to breast cancer was there anything the company could do. She informed me that someone from the loan review department would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. On September 8, 2011 I decided to send an email to the company stating the sames facts as above. Well I realized on September 9, 2011 I received an email stating that the email address for the compnay is no good I got back a message saying unable to deliver message. I decided to fax the letter to 1-866-516-9700 the fax said the number was not in service; then I tried to call the company at 1-866-516-9300 and the number was not in service. This is a shame if this is a scam company because I just lost $1800.00 to a scam. There should be some way the government can make sure consumers are not being targeted this way since technology is the way most people are doing business these days.
