I ordered two face products online for the cost of shipping. I looked closely at what I was ordering and it indicated it was a sample of the product. There was NOTHING indicating they would charge me for the products after a trial period or that it was a monthly order. I was charged $212 two weeks later!!! I’ve spoken with their customer service only to be given the run around multiple times and they will only offer a 50% refund. The first time I called to cancel so I wouldn’t continue to be charged, the woman only cancelled one of the two accounts (I didn’t know the two products were listed separately). She intentionally left one active, which I found out about the second time I called. The manager was "unavailable" to speak with me.
