I had purchased an article of clothing from Joom.com it took approximately 3 weeks to arrive. When I opened the package a horrible smell come from it. I pulled the article out from the bag but realized this looks nothing like the photo/ description or size. I contacted customer service through Joom.com they literally said “prove it” so I sent them photos of what I received and included a measuring tape to include measurements. They then told me the only way I’d get a refund is to cut the article up into little pieces and send them a photo. I followed suit! After sending them photos they told me the photos aren’t clear, too small and a variety of other excuses. They still refuse to refund me my money.
