No response to emails requesting refund
My Complaint: I paid this company for a product I was unable to access. The company offered a response within 24 hours to emails to their support desk. Despite sending 5 emails over 7 days, they have not responded to a single one of them. The company offered a full refund guarantee, which I have now requested – twice. They have made no response whatever to those requests either. It has now been 9 days.
My Demand: Full refund
