We purchased a Groupon and dealt with Ryan Terry through email and his website customer portal. We paid extra for him to be here three hours and travel outside his service area for a total of $402. He was supposed to be here at 5:00pm and at 5:30 I called to see where he was; no answer. I called again at 6:00pm; no answer. I have attempted to call and email with no response. This was for an 18th birthday party and high school graduation. I will be contacting Groupon to see if I can get my money back from them, but I’m at a loss as to what to do with the company directly.
