I ordered several self-defense products and home protection products on May 23rd. Got an e-mail on May 24th that order was placed and in process for ground delivery. My credit card was charged $135.55 on May 24th. On June 6th, when no shipment had arrived, I e-mail the sales address to inquire about the status of my order. No reply. No reply on June 8th, 11th, or 13th. I got the phone number by Googling the company and found many reports of undelivered products and unresolved disputes. The phone rings but no one answers. I’m done. I contacted my credit card company to charge back my account. Beware of doing business with this company. Take your money to someone else.
