I ordered a Halloween mask on October 7, 2019, from the company RuntheNightCo. The website states all orders are processed in 24 – 48 hrs and shipped in 3 – 7 business days. Also that you would receive a text confirmation once the order has processed. I have not received any communication from the company or my merchandise since placing and paying for my order. The email information has come back as an invalid email and there are no responses from the company’s social media page either. The debit card company I used to purchase the mask states they cannot refund me or do anything due to the company having some sort of unwritten agreement that doesn’t allow it and that I would need to contact the merchant.
