Filed a complaint with the FCC on 4/11/18 when I received several calls from a phone number (214-808-1514) I did not recognize. Finally, after getting bothered enough, they stated they were Sunrise Credit Services and wanted to offer to lower my credit card rate. The only credit cards I have are through my bank and one account I have had for almost 20 years and none of them hold a balance. They wanted me to give them my personal information to confirm my identity; which I refused.Over the past several days I have been receiving phone calls from a different number (214-296-1514). So, I finally answer and they identify themselves as Sunrise Credit Services and state I have an AT&T account in collections. I only have one account with AT&T and it is automatically paid every month and has never been late or not paid. This has also been reported to the FCC.
