I broke a bone-in awful pain-they refuse to fill my Rx unless I buy Motrin which I don’t need.
My Complaint: I broke my hand; ER Dr. writes Rx for Hydrocodone for pain, and also an Rx for Motrin, both on same paper. I do not need or want Motrin (which causes internal bleeding). But The pharmacist refuses to fill the Rx for Hrydrocodone for pain, unless I also get the Motrin. Why do I have to buy something I do not want or need? They say it is the LAW! I am an RN, and I know that is not true! I called the Texas Board of Pharmacy, and they say there is NO LAW that requires you to get ALL Rx’s that are on the paper!! Why do I have to suffer excruciating pain OR pay for something I do not want or need, because of a stupid Pharmacist?
My Demand: I want my money back and a written apology. I want the refund, the apology, and the RX, sent by mail to me.
