Wheeler Power Products Very Poor Customer Service Jacksonville, Florida – I’m another customer this lousy company has taken advantage of. I purchased a Ford Stroker engine from Wheeler, and this company responded to my requests for information until they received full payment from me. Since then, no promises were kept. I have pretty much the same problems as many others have experienced. Briefly, here my 3 largest complaints: 1) They took 1/2 of payment, with balance due when ready to ship. Four weeks into the order, I was told by Reid that it was ready to ship, so paid balance. It was shipped about 3-1/2 months later, after many phone calls to them. 2) Initially paid an extra $50 for lift-gate truck shipment. Changed that to terminal delivery a few days later, and was told that they would refund the $50. I made numerous phone calls requesting the refund later, and it never happened. 3) My order stated that a dyno report on the engine would be furnished. It was not. I made four phone calls to Reid and two to John, requesting the dyno information, and was told each time they would send it ASAP. They never did it. I’m doing the same thing that all the other ripped-off customers of Wheeler should be doing, making certain that all my friends and car club members know what this scamming company is doing to everyone. I don’t believe any of the “positive” comments posted, and they are likely from the company itself. Hope we can save a few people the misery we have had to endure!!
