Wine Enthusiast No satisfaction guarantee or refund on defective product Mt. Kisco, New York – We spent $2,194.95 on a wine refrigerator which was 4 times more than we wanted but the salesman assured us it would work in our garage in Florida. It arrived and immediately showed signs of being either defective or unable to carry the load. Wine Enthusiast has ignored all requests for resolution and will only refund if we pay a 20% restocking fee.

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Wine Enthusiast. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
