Wix.com I purchased the premium upgrade using the link they provided me with May 4, 2019. I still have not received the upgrade. New York – This matter has not been resolved since May 4, 2019…the date I made the purchase. I was interested in upgrading my account to add the wix page to my domain. I asked the company if they had a paypal option and they emailed me back with the link. I purchased the upgrade for 1 year using your paypal option. I followed all of the steps they asked after I purchased; i.e. email the premium at wix email address and I even took it a step forward of cc’ing support as a back up. I purchased the upgrade May 4, 2019 and as of yet I have not had my upgrade take into effect. I have sent at least 15 emails trying to reach someone that can handle this matter. Again, since the date of my purchase (May 4, 2019), I followed all steps your company has asked me to do. I received a confirmation email from paypal and wix of my purchase. The money has been taken out of my account. I have not received an email back from your company stating that they are looking into this issue. The only response I have been given was them asking me for more detail of this matter. I sent them the receipt I received from paypal and wix. I have not received a response from wix. If I do not hear back from them today, I will be requesting a refund and closing down my wix website. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau about this.
