World Kitchen shopworldkitchen.com – This website shopworldkitchen.com chose to send me a product after telling me they cancelled the order, In – I made a purchase from the shopworldkitchen.com website on June 24th 2019. I found the product I was looking for locally and I called the shopworldkitchen.com help line on June 27th 2019 to see if I can cancel the order. The customer service representative specifically said “Yes the product has not shipped and the order can be cancelled and you will receive a confirmation email.” The next day on June 28th I receive an email from them saying the order can not be cancelled with no explanation. “Thank you for contacting World Kitchen, LLC; Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order at this time. We are sorry for inconvenience this may have caused. For return information please call our Consumer Care Center.” I emailed them asking why they are suddenly not cancelling the order when they said they would but received no response. On June 29th I received an email they shipped the item any way disregarding my email and my phone call. The email had no text at all it was just a pdf of the invoice with no prices or shipping cost information. I contacted them again but received no response. It looks like this company disregarded all my contacts and shipped me something without my permission after saying they cancelled the order.
